Francis was born in 15th March 1820 at Bere Ferrers Devon. Died in 24th Feburary 1897 at Falmouth.
Married Ann Minto in 5 June 1843 at Falmouth.
At the time of the 1861 census Francis was living at High Street aged 41 his wife Ann aged 41 their children Elizabeth aged 16 Francis aged 14 Ellen aged 10 Mary aged 7 and John aged 2.
Also a blacksmith in 1851 and 1871 census.
Francis was listed in the 1862 - 1864 Trade Directory his occupation Wine & Spirit Merchant at High Street.
